When applied by a trained technician using proper isolation and lightweight fans, refills do not inherently damage natural lashes. Good technique, quality adhesives, and proper aftercare protect lash health over time.
Most Volume Refill appointments take between 45 and 75 minutes depending on retention and complexity. This includes a brief consultation, assessment of existing lashes, and precise application to restore volume.
Yes—our artists assess remaining retention and rebuild where needed to match the original look. If too few extensions remain, we may recommend a full set to ensure consistent, long-lasting results.
Avoid water and steam for 24–48 hours, skip oil-based products, gently brush daily, and avoid rubbing. Use recommended lash cleansers and sleep on a silk pillowcase to prolong retention and fullness.
