When applied by trained technicians using lightweight fans and proper adhesive, volume lashes are safe. Correct technique and appropriate fan-to-lash ratios minimize stress. Poor application or heavy retention can cause damage, so choose experienced artists.

Avoid water and steam for the first 24–48 hours, use oil-free cleansers, gently brush lashes daily with a spoolie, skip waterproof mascara, and sleep on your back to extend retention and prevent tangling.

Yes—experienced artists can customize volume techniques or recommend lighter fans or hybrid sets to suit sparse lashes. In some cases we suggest lash serums or less dense styles to support healthy retention.

A full-volume initial appointment typically takes 90–180 minutes depending on desired density and natural lash condition. Consultations are included to discuss style, assess lash health, and provide a realistic time estimate.

Wait 24–48 hours before applying eye makeup, and use oil-free cosmetics thereafter. Avoid waterproof mascaras and oil-based removers which break down adhesive. Remove eye makeup gently to protect your extensions.
