Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Refill Classic.

We recommend every 2–3 weeks for most clients to maintain fullness and natural appearance. Individual shedding patterns vary, so your technician will advise timing based on retention, lash growth, and your daily routine to keep lashes looking seamless between fills.

When applied by certified technicians using conservative adhesive and proper isolation, classic refills should not cause long-term damage. Proper aftercare and appropriate refill intervals reduce stress on natural lashes and help prevent premature thinning or breakage.

Most refills take 45–60 minutes depending on retention and how many extensions need replacement. Newer clients with heavier loss may require longer sessions, while consistent maintenance clients often enjoy quicker, efficient refills.

Please arrive with clean, product-free eyes. Oil-based makeup, mascara, and eyeliner can interfere with eyelash adhesive and reduce retention. Remove eye makeup beforehand or schedule a quick cleansing before your appointment to ensure optimal application and lasting results.

Avoid water, steam, and heavy exercise for the first 24–48 hours. Use oil-free cleansers, brush gently with a clean spoolie, and skip oil-based products to prolong retention. Follow technician guidance for specific aftercare to keep lashes healthy and long-lasting.

Inform us of any known allergies, especially to adhesives or latex. We offer patch tests and use hypoallergenic glues when needed. A consultation can determine safe options; please disclose medications or recent eye treatments to avoid adverse reactions.
