We recommend scheduling refills every 2–3 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle and retention. Technicians assess your set and suggest an interval to preserve density and ensure the textured hybrid look remains seamless between full fills.
When applied by our certified technicians, hybrid refills protect natural lashes. We use measured extension weights and gentle adhesive, removing and replacing only shed extensions to maintain health while restoring density and preventing unnecessary stress.
Most refills take 45–75 minutes depending on lash retention and the amount of rebuilding needed. Your technician will evaluate your set and give a precise time estimate when booking so you can plan accordingly.
We generally recommend avoiding mascara on extensions to preserve adhesive and prevent clumping. If necessary, use water-based, extension-safe formulas sparingly on tips only; consult your technician for product recommendations and proper application.
Avoid water, saunas, and oil-based products for 24–48 hours. Gently brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie, sleep on your back when possible, and use only extension-safe cleansers recommended by our technicians.
Opt for a full set if you’ve lost most extensions, need a major style change, or if natural lash growth is uneven. Our technicians will assess and advise whether a full application better achieves your desired volume and symmetry.
