You can usually wear makeup after a few hours, but we recommend waiting until any transient redness subsides. Use gentle, non-irritating products and always apply sunscreen after treatment to protect fresh skin.

Avoid retinoids, strong exfoliants, and waxing for 48–72 hours prior. Arrive with clean skin and inform your therapist about medications, recent procedures, or sensitivity to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Side effects are usually minimal: mild redness or sensitivity for a few hours to a day. Avoid direct sun, intense exercise, and harsh products immediately after; use SPF and soothing skincare as directed.
