Yoni steaming is an ancient herbal steam ritual performed externally around the pelvic area to gently warm and encourage circulation, relaxation, and natural cleansing. It can promote intimate comfort and restorative balance; we customize herbs and offer consultation for individual needs.
Yoni steaming is not recommended during pregnancy and should be avoided during active heavy bleeding. Breastfeeding clients may usually steam with approval from their healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor if you have a medical condition, implant, or recent surgery before steaming.
For most clients we recommend beginning with one session every two to four weeks, or weekly for short-term restorative work. Frequency depends on goals, sensitivity, and herbal blend. Your therapist will recommend a personalized schedule during the initial consultation.
We use organic, traditionally used herbs such as mugwort, rosemary, chamomile, rose, calendula and lavender. Blends are chosen for calming, circulatory support, and anti-inflammatory properties. Each steam is tailored to your needs and allergies; ingredients are fully disclosed during booking.
Many clients report reduced tension and milder cramps after steaming due to increased circulation and relaxation. Yoni steaming can support symptom relief but is not a medical cure. Discuss chronic pain or hormonal disorders with your healthcare provider before relying on steaming alone.
Your appointment begins with a private consultation about health history and goals. You’ll sit comfortably over a warmed herbal steam bowl while covered for privacy for about 20–40 minutes. Hydration, gentle rest afterward, and follow-up recommendations are provided.
